Song of Solomon and service with Mary Alice Isleib was mind blowing for me!
I've got new revelations and new visions:)
They reminded me of this verse!
Strengthening the souls of the disciples, exhorting them to continue in the faith, and saying,
“We must through many tribulations enter the kingdom of God.” -Act 11:22
Pastor Tan mentioned about our lives
being identified with Jesus if we were to walk in His ways carry the cross.
We'll go through..
1. The pain of discipline (praying, fasting, reading the Word)
2. The pain of separation from friends (being away from loved ones due to works for His kingdom)
3. The pain of disappointment (When Judas, His disciple, who was with Him as one of the 12 disciples betrayed Him)
4. The pain of obedience (Jesus knew that He has to do the will of His father, which is to die on the cross for our sake)
5. The pain of accusations (how Jesus was accused and crucified on the cross)
However, these are God's ways of crucifying our flesh!
What we are going through now is so insignificant in comparison to what Jesus has gone through.
The Love of ChristWho shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? -Rom 8:35
The Peace of ChristThese things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” -Jhn 16:33
The Glory of ChristAnd not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; -Rom 5:3
The Hope of ChristRejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer; -Rom 12:12
The Faith of ChristDo not fear any of those things which you are about to suffer. Indeed, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison, that you may be tested, and you will have tribulation ten days. Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life. -Rev 2:10
The Holy SpiritBut the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you. -Jhn 14:26
Step out!Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, that
we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also abounds through Christ. -2 Cor 1:3-5
Dear God, I pray for justice to be done. For You are a gracious God.Your love is for all!Let Your love be brought through me to those who are powerless, needy, sick, discriminated, to those who need you.Lord I pray, expand my capacity.Remind me of Your love that I may love others.Remind me of Your peace that I may find rest in You.Remind me of Your glory that I may perservere.Remind me of Your hope that I may be filled with joy.Remind me of Your faith that I will not fear.I thank you Jesus for your blood in exchange for the Holy Spirit.Indeed He teaches and reminds me.With Your comfort I find rest.Use me oh Lord, to comfort those who are in any trouble.Let me be a testimony for You.Let my life identify with Yours. Not my will, but Yours be done.Thank you Jesus for Your Blood.I love You and praise You always.Amen.
